Josephine Eleonore Marie Pauline de Galard de Brassac de Bearn (1825-1860). Princesse de Broglie was married to Albert de Broglie who would become Prime Minister of France in 1845. She was 28 at the time this portrait was commissioned by her husband and painted by the famous Jean Auguste Dominique Ingres. She died a few years later of tuberculosis leaving five sons and a heartbroken husband who never remarried.
The pillows take 2-7 days to finish and they are very durable and not as delicate as you might think. They are brushed and checked for loose stones before being shipped.
I recommend Spot Cleaning Only with a mild soap
The rhinestones are clothing grade but I would never put in the Washer!
If you would like another pillow with the same image, I can order them but it won't be rhinestoned exactly like the first one. Our aim is to make sure each pillow is the only one of its kind.
